Carmen Yunker

As a trade management consultant, Carmen Yunker helps clients design and implement export compliance policies and procedures. With more than 15 years of experience in international trade, telecommunication engineering and project management, she conducts in-depth export assessments and audits for clients in the aviation, biosecurity and telecommunication industries. Recent consulting engagements include ITAR voluntary disclosure investigations, multi-country Corrective Action Audits and an audit of TAAs (Technical Assistance Agreement), MLAs (Manufacturer License Agreement) and licenses. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Yunker served as a project manager for the Pacific Northwest 's largest utility. Her responsibilities included managing consultants, engineers and technicians, writing specifications, capital planning, investment control and mission alignment. She was a key developer of process improvement project methodologies. Yunker is a graduate of Washington State University and holds a BSc degree in electrical engineering. She has extensive post-baccalaureate work in project management and business administration.
