Lu Zurawski

Lu joined Logica in 1986, working in finance, media and retail industries, before becoming the Logica Global Account lead for Shell Retail in 2009. With deep experience well over 20 years in the payments field, Lu has engineered complex business transformation programs. He has a strong innovation record, including work on one of the world's first mobile payment schemes. Currently coordinating CGI teams to deliver forward thinking services to a global customer across card payments, loyalty, service portals, consumer marketing and pricing systems, as well as specialist resourcing supply across the wide Retail IT project portfolio. Lu has successfully led and shaped major deals, and is recognised as a creative thinker, able to exploit unique angles and opportunities. An enthusiastic "forager", Lu has picked-up industry-specific techniques and applied them successfully into different sectors (e.g. the use of telco-grade billing engines to introduce transparent charging in banking). Lu's specialities include strategy, marketing, business development, account management, sales, service creation, product management, deal construction, and joined-up thinking.
