Philippe Gelis

Philippe Gelis is co-founder and CEO of the pioneering foreign exchange services provider, Kantox, established in 2011. He has overseen Kantox’s consolidation as an over 500-client strong leader in the alternative foreign exchange provider sector. Kantox traded over $300 million in 2013 and is on target to meet its 2014 goal of $1 billion. Its rapid, remarkable growth is attributed to the company’s underlying principles: transparency, efficiency and fairness. Before founding Kantox, Gelis worked as a strategy consultant for Deloitte and Axis Corporate, from 2007. He holds a Master of Business Strategy and a Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in business strategy, both attained at Toulouse Business School. Gelis is a prominent contributor to various corporate finance magazines, publications and numerous national newspapers, particularly on the areas of foreign exchange and entrepreneurship. Additionally he is a regular guest speaker at business, finance and entrepreneur events. He speaks French, Spanish and English with fluency.
