Roger Tristram

Roger Tristram joined BRC Consultancy in 1994 with extensive experience of international banking. During 14 years at Chase Manhattan, he held several senior operations management positions, both in wholesale and consumer banking, in the UK and Scandinavia. Tristram specialised in production management, large-scale project management and the development and implementation of service-based functions. Additional responsibilities included process risk evaluations and evaluating business critical software packages prior to purchase. As a senior consultant, Tristram is responsible for the development of the company's global custody consultancy business which to date has included working with clients to: carry out a fund management system search and selection for leading UK asset management company; identify suppliers of front-end trade capture and reporting systems; benchmark providers of global custody services; select new custodians and implement agreed services; identify independent suppliers of master record-keeping services, i.e. portfolio investment reconciliation and accounting, fund manager compliance monitoring and performance measurement; and select an external provider of full custody administration and reporting services. In addition, Tristram also provides consultancy support to other aspects of the business, including assignments which focus on treasury and cash management capabilities.
