Kramer, 35, will negotiate and head administration of contracts with XRT customers, which include many of the Fortune 500. She will also oversee XRT’s public relations programs. Kramer comes to XRT from Camden, NJ-based Campbell Soup Co., where she most recently served as communications manager. While at Campbell, Kramer implemented internal communications programs, coordinated community relations activities, and executed external public relations. Kramer joined Campbell in 1991 as a member of its legal affairs department, where she was responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts for Campbell’s brands. Kramer earned a B.A. in political science and a paralegal certificate from the University of Denver. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Temple University’s School of Communications.
