Acquisition to Provide Comprehensive, Integrated Foreign Exchange Capability for ICMS’ Product Offering. The acquisition will enable ICMS to offer treasury managers a powerful, integrated solution for the entry, monitoring, confirmation and settlement of a vast array of foreign exchange activities in addition to state-of-the-art cash and treasury management that includes everything from tracking a company’s daily cash position, to complex debt and investment portfolio management.
