Global Payment Systems realigned as NDC eCommerce
From the 1st June 1999, National Data Corporation (NDC) has merged its Integrated Payments Division, formerly part of NDC, with Global Payment Systems. The merger of these two payment business units establishes the new division as one of the world’s largest providers of payments systems and services with substantial e-commerce capability. NDC eCommerce will continue to deliver and support the products, services and international business lines of Global Payment Systems and will retain the brand names associated with Global. All future correspondence will be under the NDC eCommerce identity. Paul R. Garcia has also been named Chief Executive Officer.
