Beyers & Partners Expand Their Board of Directors With A View to Future Growth in Europe

Mr Louis Slaats joins the company’s Board of Directors. Mr Slaat’s wide ranging experience in the European financial software market was paramount in this appointment. As a director, Louis Slaats will have a strategic role in sales and marketing planning to drive the company’s expansion in Europe. Mr Slaats spent the greater part of the eighties in a range of international roles with MSA, one of the leading American standard software companies. He then went on to reorganise the software department at Wang. At the start of the nineties, Mr Slaats set up Ross Systems, specialising in ERP-software, firstly in the Netherlands and then in Germany. In 1995, by now with Hyperion Software, he headed up software systems design for financial reports, consolidation, budgeting, planning and analysis. He is currently VP European Sales & Marketing with IMI Corp., a logistics software company.
