The XRT-CERG Group Changes its Name to 'XRT, the Secure Financial Flow Architect'
The group will continue its activities under the XRT name. This change is part of the internationalization process undertaken in 1998 by Cerg Finance, following the purchase of XRT Inc. It inaugurates the new strategic orientation toward financial e-business led by Eric Blot-Lefevre, the new Chairman of the Executive Board.
