New Distribution Agreement to Support Integrity in Japan

Integrity Treasury Solutions has partnered with Tokyo-based RECS Management to expand its efforts to market and support their leading treasury management system throughout Japan. RECS Management Institute (RMI) is staffed by professionals experienced in treasury and software implementations. Toshio Kenmochi, President and CEO, has over 20 years experience in business/corporate finance consulting. His professional experience in management consulting was gained at Price Waterhouse, both in the Tokyo office as well as the Los Angeles office. He established RECS Management Institute in 1996 in Tokyo. He is a member of the Japanese institute of CPA and graduated from Waseda University.
