ValiCert has announced the availability of SecureTransport Enterprise Edition, a data delivery platform tailored to the unique needs of large corporate customers. This newest version of SecureTransport will enable large enterprises to ‘streamline and optimise’ their financial supply chain processes and to incorporate secure data delivery into the services they offer to their customers and partners, said ValiCert. SecureTransport is currently used by five of the Top 10 North American banks and three of the Top 10 European bank. Valicert also announced that The Royal Bank of Scotland is to use its Document Authority solution in RBS TrustAssured Sign and Store, a secure document signing and archival service utilizing smartcard-based digital signatures.
