Ahead of the launch of the iPad in Spain, Banc Sabadell launched BS Móvil (BS Mobile), its remote banking service via mobile for iPad and iPhone, which allows its customers access to their normal banking transactions by means of software designed exclusively for such devices.
BS Móvil for iPad and iPhone encompasses all the transactions currently available in the BS Móvil Service (checking accounts and cards, transfers of all types, share dealing, file signatures, etc) for both private client and corporate segments, making the most of the new interactivity and usability features offered by Apple devices and improving on currently available ones, such as:
- Tracking of all business being transacted by customers (requests for cards, loans, etc) to provide the best service and information for customers wherever they may be.
- Better quality of maps and greater accuracy in locating branches and ATMs, as well as Street View.
- New look application and touch-screen that is far more intuitive.
- Option of saving favourite transactions and personalising the transactions menu.
- Direct access keys for transactions involving accounts, cards, transfers and personal manager data.
- ‘Call me back’ option to facilitate access to the contact centre.
