Worksoft Appoints Scott Chamberlain as CFO
Worksoft, a provider of test and lifecycle automation solutions for use with SAP applications, has appointed Scott Chamberlain as its new chief financial officer (CFO). With more than 15 years of financial leadership experience in high-growth technology businesses, Chamberlain will oversee Worksoft’s financial strategy, legal administration, human resources and facilities. Prior to joining Worksoft, Chamberlain was the CFO of Broadpoint, where he played an integral role in the company’s merger with Cellular One.
Prior to Broadpoint, Chamberlain served as the CFO of SolArc, a provider of enterprise commodity management software. He also served as CFO for Fuego, a business process management (BPM) software company acquired by BEA Systems, and he spent more than a decade in a variety of senior financial leadership and corporate development positions at LexisNexis, a US$2bn web-based information services provider.
Chamberlain holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and a MBA from Ohio State University.
