Intersections, a provider of consumer and corporate identity risk management services, has promoted John Scanlon to executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Previously, Scanlon served as chief operating officer (COO), business services and as EVP of strategic growth for the company.

Scanlon started his 20-year business career in finance at JP Morgan & Company, and has subsequently held senior finance, technology, operations, and general management roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Masters of Management degree in Finance from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
