Kennametal Promotes Brian Kells to Tax and Treasury and Treasurer

Industrial tooling group Kennametal has promoted Brian Kelly to vice president, tax and treasury and treasurer.

Kelly succeeds the retiring Lawrence Lanza, who is expected to leave the company at the end of the year. In the interim, Lanza will remain on board as vice president, special projects and will support the corporate finance team, the company said in a statement.

Kelly, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Clarion University and a Master’s in Taxation from Robert Morris University, has been with Kennametal for more than 16 years. He was previously vice president, corporate tax and assistant treasurer.
