ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange (ISDX), the UK-based stock exchange owned by the ICAP Group, has appointed Tom Binks and Michael Berkeley to the board. ISDX is a London-based market providing UK and international companies with access to capital through its fully listed and growth markets. The ISDX Growth Market is a venue for small and medium- sized companies seeking to raise growth capital (typically from £150,000 to £5m), to achieve an independent market valuation and to enhance their corporate profile.
Tom Binks will assume the position of independent non-executive chairman, succeeding Richard Dellabarca who has held the position since 2012 and is relocating back to his native New Zealand. Binks is currently a non-executive director of JDX Consulting Limited and an experienced derivatives market practitioner, having previously held roles in banking, broking and portfolio management.
