Financial software specialist Hanse Orga has acquired the Berlin-based SOPLEX Consult company, making it part of the Hanse Orga Group. SOPLEX’s portfolio of credit and receivables management solutions will complement Hamburg-based Hanse Orga’s product and service portfolio, which extends to payment transactions, receipt processing, cash management, liquidity planning, treasury, eBAM, and working capital. The transaction is the first result of the investment strategy developed for Hanse Orga by Lindemann family holding in conjunction with private equity investor Waterland in September.
