New Zealand-based 9 Spokes, a business insights dashboard for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has signed a letter of intent (LoI) partnership with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), which was officially announced on the Australian Stock Exchange. Under the deal, RBC will offer a white-label version of the 9 Spokes dashboard to its business customers. The contract is expected to be formalised by early October and represents the first major milestone in North America for 9 Spokes, whose existing SME channel partners include Barclays, Deloitte and Suncorp.
Formed in 2011 by its chief executive officer (CEO) Mark Estall, 9 Spokes’ smart dashboard enables SMEs to connect all their software to one dynamic interface and have a clear view of all business operations through one app, so business owners and managers may make critical decisions informed by real-time data. The company is in discussions with several North American banks and recently agreed to deliver a proof of concept (PoC) to OCBC Bank in Singapore by the end of July 2017.
