Treasury management and SWIFT connectivity specialist Axletree Solutions announced that Elaine Dorkhom has joined the group as director of compliance solutions, with responsibility for business development and delivery of solutions to new and incumbent clients.
Axletree said that Dorkhom brings over 12 years of investigative analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance experience. She has played integral roles in the implementation of global programmes (process and procedure) for large US financial institutions with global operations in the retail, corporate, and investment banking spaces. She has also worked with regulatory bodies, such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS).
Dorkhom holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Manhattan College (Cum Laude), as well as a People and Financial Management Master’s Certificate from Harvard Business School (HBS).
