Treasury Leaders Summit to offer industry insights and prolific panels

With expert-led panels and workshops across the two-day programme, the 2019 Treasury Leaders Summit is set to be a don’t-miss event for financial professionals.

Held on November 19 and 20, the Treasury Leaders Summit brings the best and the brightest within the industry together to discuss the hot topics facing treasury professionals today.

Attendees can choose to attend a variety of informative talks, panels and workshops across two streams. Switch between ‘Strategy and Business Partnering’ discussions, featuring speakers from companies like Coca-Cola, Mastercard and the Royal Mail, and ‘Treasury Transformation and Technology’ with Graff Diamonds, Hitachi Europe and more.

On Day One of the Summit, things will kick off with a keynote from Hilton Worldwide’s senior vice president and treasurer, Fred Schacknies. Following on from that, three distinguished lords will bring their political experience to a keynote panel discussion where they will debate the future of post-Brexit finance.

Join Lord Dr Michael Hastings CBE (Independent Peer for the House of Lords), Lord Malloch-Brown (former Deputy Secretary General, United Nations), and Lord Peter Lilley (former Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party, House of Lords) as they discuss and debate this topic in a civil, cross-party platform.

Throughout Day One, topics will range from transforming banking, PSD2, communication, risks, reward and more. Closing out the day, hear from the deputy group treasurer of Thomas Cook about leading treasury in challenging times before heading to the Summit’s after-session drinks to network and relax.

Day Two kicks off with a tech-focused panel, where speakers from Save the Children International, Diageo, Willis Towers Watson and Citi will discuss digital transformation in finance.

During the day, hear from leaders at IBM, Silicon Valley Bank, TreasurySpring, Hugo Boss and more about the real issues facing treasury professionals today, before enjoying another round of end-of-day refreshments. From global bank connectivity to the changing responsibilities of CFOs and treasurers, the lineup of topics on Day Two are wide-reaching and informative.

Hosted at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London on 19-20 November, 2019, the Treasury Leaders Summit provides senior treasury and finance professionals with access to in-depth research, analysis and the opportunity to discuss key issues impacting the profession with senior level peers.

With a line-up of 43 speakers from industry powerhouses bringing their collective experience into the Summit, this is a must-attend event for financial professionals.
