(July 1) Broadridge has acquired cloud-based execution compliance and surveillance service assets from Jordan & Jordan. The acquisition will enhance Broadridge’s surveillance, regulatory and compliance capabilities.
(July 14) Commercial Banking Applications, a software vendor, has released their latest update to their Global Banking Factory software, three months ahead of schedule. The early release will allow firms to test the solution ahead of SWIFT’s MT and MX Release in November.
(July 20) Kyriba has partnered with Blackline to improve digitalisation of the CFO office and enhance cooperation between treasury and the wider finance department. Customers of both firms will see complimentary access to tools that will enable increased cash visibility, AR automation and enhanced financial close management.
(July 21) Tesorio, an automated AR software provider, has launched Tesorio Connect, enabling the firm’s software to be used with any data source. Using API integration, their software can now connect to any ERP or data source software.
(July 21) Finastra has appointed Oren Marmur as the company’s payments general manager. He previously worked at Amdocs and his new role at Finastra will see him growing their end-to-end payment solutions to both new and existing customers.
