(20 April) Finastra customers can offset the carbon footprint associated with setting up and running their technological programmes by taking part in a scheme that enables them to contribute to tree planting. The initiative has been made possible thanks to Finastra joining forces with Denmark-based EcoTree, a specialist in sustainable forestry management.

(19 April) Cloud treasury and finance solution provider Kyriba has announced 24 new ERP API solutions that enhance access to real-time payments, enterprise liquidity management and resiliency against global economic disruption.

(12 April) Microsoft and Finastra have teamed up for a Banking as a Service (BaaS) collaboration that aims to bring  new lending options to thousands of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) – a sector severely underserved when it comes to accessing finance.

(26 April) Banking Circle has acquired SEPAexpress, provider of white-labelled account-to-account (A2A) payments for payments service providers (PSPs), merchants and corporates in Europe. Banking Circle says the acquisition aims to address  rapid growth in demand for cutting edge financial solutions from companies digitising their customer and supply-chain interactions.
