Ken So

Ken is the co-founder and CEO of Flowcast, a venture-backed fintech startup based in Silicon Valley that is providing an AI-based solution to help companies accelerate their cash flow. Ken has over 17 years of experience in finance and engineering. Prior to co-founding Flowcast, he ran M&A for large corporations including Qualcomm and Ericsson and was in investment banking at Citigroup. He has a proven track record of originating and executing deals including acquisitions and partnerships, totally over $3.5B in transaction value. Prior to his finance career, he was part of a couple of startups with successful exits. As an engineer, he was one of the inventors of the world’s first 3D non-volatile memory. He received his MBA from University of California Berkeley Haas, MSEE from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and BSEE from University of Waterloo. He holds 11 patents.
