Bank of America Names Kathleen Sifer Head of Global Treasury Services in Asia

Kathleen M. Sifer has been named director of Global Treasury Services in Asia for Bank of America. With this appointment, Sifer takes responsibility for the bank’s cash management services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and government and multi-lateral agencies. Sifer is based in Singapore. Immediately prior to this appointment, Sifer was based in Miami, where she managed the Global Trade Sales Group for the bank’s Consumer and Commercial Banking group. Sifer has more than 20 years of commercial and international banking experience having held executive and corporate banking positions at major U.S. banks in cities across the United States and Latin America. During this time, Sifer has supported the development and promotion of international banking by serving as a board member of various professional banking and industry-related associations in North and South America. Sifer graduated from the American Graduate School of International Management with a Masters degree in International Management and holds a bachelor of arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.
