Riker Joins Amega Group
Thomas Riker has been appointed Operations Manager for the Outsourcing Solutions Division of Amega Group. Riker will manage outsourcing collection and customer retention operations and will oversee the implementation of new outsourcing projects. His responsibilities also include coaching, mentoring and directing the activities of administrative supervisors, team leaders and customer service representatives. Riker previously held positions as Director of Call Center Operations for Cablevision.
