Reference Data Directory to Benefit FX Community

A new directory service claiming to be the first global directory of authenticated reference data for the FX community has been launched by SSISearch. The SSISearch Global Directory follows the launch in September of the Settlements Directory for CLS members, developed in consultation with CLS Bank and its members. The SSISearch Global Directory offers users real-time, accurate and authenticated standard settlement instructions, according to SSISearch. The reference data is entered, authenticated and managed by the subscribing institutions. Using the directory, participants are able to improve STP rates, reduce their exposure to operational risk and cut costs in both the front and back office, said the organisation.
