AstraZeneca Implements City Financials' eTC
AstraZeneca Group plc has licenced eTC from City Financials for its global treasury operations. The system will be used at the group’s treasury headquarters in London to manage the group’s treasury transactions, cash position, accounting and reporting. Furthermore eTC’s integrated web services will allow for subsidiary units to interact with central treasury in ‘real time’ to complete the financial picture. Commenting on the announcement, Adrian Marsh group treasurer at AstraZeneca, said: ‘We are extremely confident eTC will facilitate further improvements in AstraZeneca Group Treasury.’
