Trustwave Appoints Iserloth as CFO

Trustwave, a provider of data security and payment card industry compliance management solutions, has appointed Mark Iserloth as chief financial officer (CFO). Based in the Chicago headquarters, Iserloth will be responsible for leading the finance, accounting, human resources and administrative functions. Iserloth has more than 20 years of finance, business development, strategy and operations experience in the software and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, Iserloth was CFO of Initiate Systems, where he managed finance and IT for the software organisation. Prior to that, he was responsible for finance at Searle, the pharmaceutical unit of Monsanto, during its merger with Pharmacia and Upjohn.
