Modine Promotes Treasurer Michael Lucareli to CFO
Modine Manufacturing has added chief financial officer (CFO) to treasurer Michael Lucareli’s duties, eight months after former CFO Bradley Richardson resigned.
Lucareli has worked at the Wisconsin, US-based maker of heating and cooling equipment for engines and building for 11 years.
President and chief executive officer (CEO) Thomas Burke said Monday that Lucareli “possesses the right combination of financial skills, knowledge of Modine, and leadership that are critical for our success.”
