euNetworks Appoints James Thomas as CFO

euNetworks Group, a bandwidth infrastructure provider, has appointed James Thomas as chief financial officer (CFO). Thomas joins following a number of years working in the telecoms industry. Most recently Thomas was group finance director for TalkTalk Telecom Group, leading the de-merger activities from the Carphone Warehouse Group. He worked for the Carphone Warehouse Group from 2004 as the finance director of the TalkTalk business unit.

Thomas has worked for Deloitte and Andersen as a management consultant, providing strategy, operational and financial services to technology, media and telecoms clients. He also gained valuable audit experience working in the Arthur Andersen audit practice for five years. He is a qualified chartered accountant (CA) in the UK and has a MBA from Manchester Business School.
