Ramtron CFO Mark Kent Resigns
Mark Kent has resigned from his position as chief financial officer (CFO) of Ramtron International Corporation (Ramtron) to pursue other opportunities. Ramtron has named Gery Richards, Ramtron’s controller, to serve as interim CFO while the company conducts a search for a replacement.
Ramtron, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets specialised semiconductor memory, microcontroller and integrated semiconductor solutions used in a wide range of product applications and markets.
