Citi’s global transaction services (GTS) has made a series of new senior management appointments in the treasury and trade solutions (TTS) leadership team:
- Ebru Pakcan has been appointed global head of payments. She will be based in New York and report to Naveed Sultan, global head of TTS. Pakcan joined Citi in 1997 and has been head of payments for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) since 2008.
- Manish Kohli has been appointed as global head of commercial cards. In this new role, he will be based in New York and will report to Sultan. Kohli joined Citi in 1997 and held various positions in the cash and trade teams in India before becoming head of the wholesale cards business for EMEA. Having proven his ability to deliver outstanding results from strategy to execution in scaling Citi’s commercial cards business at a regional level, Kohli will now assume responsibility for evolving Citi’s global cards strategy and ensuring the business is poised for future growth.
- Tapodyuti Bose becomes head of Citi’s local commercial banking segment for TTS. Based in New York, he will be part of the TTS global executive committee. Bose has over 22 years of experience in transaction banking. He will be responsible for developing the TTS strategy for the commercial banking segment, which is an important growth segment for Citi.
- In addition to her current chief operating officer (COO) role for TTS, Morgan McKenney will lead the franchise development discipline, which will be comprised of global strategy, consulting services and business development in partnership with Kartik Kaushik, global head of business development for TTS. Franchise development will be aimed at further increasing the impact, relevance, scale and visibility of these three underlying, value-added disciplines to clients as well as Citi’s business.
