Perforce Software, developer of the commercial, proprietary revision control system Perforce and the Helix version control system, has appointed three to its executive leadership team with the hiring of Mark Ties as chief financial officer (CFO), Colleen Kulhanek as vice president of marketing and Konrad Litwin as managing director, international.
Ties has served more than 17 years in CFO and chief operating officer (COO) roles for public and private equity-backed technology companies. He has 28 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers and acquisitions, including positions at Arcserve, HelpSystems LLC and XRS Corporation.
Kulhanek brings over 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles at both early-stage and more established companies in the IT systems management, security and networking industries. Her responsibilities have encompassed global, corporate and product marketing for companies including Calabrio, HelpSystems LLC, Shavlik Technologies and SafeNet.
Litwin has 20 years of experience in managing start-ups, distributors and software suppliers around the world. Prior to joining Perforce, he served as commercial director for Spend360 and has held leadership positions at companies including Upstream247, HelpSystems LLC, eveLogic Ltd and Pacific Associates.
