Falcon Group partners with Aptec to extend payments terms

Falcon Group is teaming up with Aptec to offer extended payments terms to its resellers in the Gulf region, which includes Bahrain, Kuawit, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Financial services multinational Falcon Group is teaming up with Aptec to offer extended payments terms to its resellers in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, which includes Bahrain, Kuawit, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Founded in 1980 Aptec is a tech distributor with a network of resellers that cover the Middle East, Africa, Near East and Turkey. The Ingram Micro firm distributes technology for hardware and software makers as well as communications manufacturers. The firm says the deal is designed to boost liquidity in the distribution channel, increase purchasing capability and support cash flow, adding value to Aptec client relationships.

“Partnering with Falcon, enables us as of today to offer attractive finance to channel partners in the GCC region,” the firm announced. “We can now support our channel partners with extended payment terms which in turn will enable them to win new and significant business,” said Dr. Ali Baghdadi, senior vice president and chief executive of Ingram Micro META region.

Falcon Group’s annual revenue exceeds US$3bn and it has a dedicated team working with Aptec on the partnership.
