SimCorp Establishes Subsidiary in US
As part of its international expansion, SimCorp will establish a new US subsidiary in New York City. SimCorp USA Inc. will take responsibility for marketing SimCorp’s corporate treasury management system IT/2 and for strengthening the support of the North American IT/2 customers. In connection with the formation of SimCorp USA Inc., a number of experienced consultants from SimCorp in England and Denmark will be seconded to the US. SimCorp has appointed Peter Soerensen president of SimCorp USA Inc. Peter is presently responsible for sales, marketing and support of IT/2 outside of the UK and Ireland.
