Adrian Keen Joins Anesco as Financial Controller
UK energy efficiency solutions company, Anesco, has hired Adrian Keen as financial controller. Anesco works with local authorities, businesses and homeowners looking to reduce their carbon emissions. The firm provides organisations with a energy service, from audits through to recommendations, installations and capital funding plans.
Reporting directly to chief financial officer (CFO) Hedley Mayor, Keen will have responsibility for ensuring the finance function keeps up with the rate of growth of the company by producing reliable and relevant data that will aid the company’s decision making process and ensure the company remains on track during the coming years. A qualified chartered accountant (CA), Keen joins the company with broad experience in both practice and industry.
In his previous role as financial controller at P2i Ltd, a global company within the field of nano-technology, Keen was responsible for all day-to-day aspects of financial control, as well as managing relationships with external auditors, bankers and insurance agents and managing tax and compliance work for all companies in the group.
Prior to this Adrian worked as financial planner at Unipart Logistics, part of Unipart Group, and as financial accountant for Sophos, one of the largest vendors of anti-virus software in the world. He has also held the role of audit senior in the information, communications and entertainment team at KPMG.
Keen holds a degree in Management Science from Southampton University.
