Hanse Orga, founded in 1984, is an independent software and consulting firm for treasury management and bank reconciliation solutions. In addition to its headquarter in Hamburg, Hanse Orga also has subsidiaries in France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Switzerland, Spain, Hong Kong and the USA.
Since its foundation, Hanse Orga pursues the strategy to develop intelligent software solutions for treasury and accounting that help automate and standardise corporate financial processes. Our solutions can be deployed across all industry sectors. Our clients including IBM, Philips and Dow already rely on our high quality, award-winning products and SAP treasury consulting. One key aspect is that we deliver significant value add to our customers by providing innovative solutions for all aspects of the entire financial value chain, from order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles to treasury, corporate performance management, tax and compliance as well as powerful data and document management.
The SAP-embedded technology provides companies with a useful add-on to their existing SAP landscape. The benefits to customers are twofold: existing investments are optimally made use of and are extended by powerful additional features. In this way, customers can achieve significant efficiency gains and cost reductions. As the Hanse Orga products are – in contrast to many other providers – programmed directly in the SAP programming language ABAP, they are fully compatible and can be easily integrated into the SAP environment. Since 2008, Hanse Orga has thus been an official SAP Software Solution and Technology Partner and the solutions are certified by SAP as “FinanceSuite 5.1”.
Besides the automated account reconciliation, cash management, treasury management and liquidity planning also modules for payments and bank communication (payment factory), the (electronic) bank account management and mandate management are the key business areas of the Hanse Orga.
In order to deliver best-practice to our customers we build on a strong network of partners, including SAP, SWIFT, FIDES Treasury Service, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Broadridge, BBP and other institutions.
Continued growth and success have enabled the Hanse Orga Group to expand its boundaries significantly: With foundation of the consulting company SymQ as well as the acquisition of cogon in 2012 the company successfully expanded into new business segments. In September 2016, the investor Waterland invested in Hanse Orga Group to provide the company with funds for further growth and strategic development. In November 2016, SOPLEX Consult GmbH became part of Hanse Orga Group as a result of this new investment strategy. In May 2017 three further companies of the Hanse Orga Group joined: e5 Solutions Group, Dolphin Enterprise Solutions and Tembit.
The updated Finance Suite solution, FS² Payments, is used by Hanse Orga Groups customers for more than 1,2 billion transactions annually with a volume of more than 450 billion Euros. The Cash Application solutions enable companies to automate their payment information by up to 90 %. With over 550 employees in 16 locations globally, Hanse Orga Group supports over 2,000 business customers today with various products and solutions forming – a global powerhouse for the Financial Automation Value Chain.
