Broadridge Launches Informational Microsite for Issuers

Broadridge Financial Solutions’ Investor Communication Solutions business in Canada has launched an informational microsite, ‘Charting the Course’. This website is another example of Broadridge’s continued commitment to education and the exchange of balanced information within the capital markets community.

The site features an extensive collection of regulatory content from both Canada and the US and includes contributions from a variety of industry participants. It also presents current and relevant proxy statistics, solution information and industry news.

“We have always encouraged dialogue among industry participants. This site is intended to provide a platform for the exchange of balanced, informed and relevant information between corporate issuers, regulators and investor groups,” said Patricia Rosch, president, Investor Communication Solutions, Canada, Broadridge. “We participate actively in these very important discussions, providing the benefits of our experience and expertise. ‘Charting the Course’ is a way of making these discussions more inclusive.”
