The treasury, corporate and project finance advisory firm Centrus has announced the appointment of Jonathan Clarke, who joins the company from M&G Real Estate.
Clarke, who will become a Partner at Centrus, was previously the Corporate Finance Director at Genesis Housing Association, where he oversaw treasury and financial strategy before becoming involved in structuring property transactions for pension fund investors at M&G. A chartered accountant and corporate treasurer, he has focussed in the past on growth and development, including financial planning for key regeneration projects.
Centrus Partner Phil Jenkins said: “We have a huge regard for Jonathan having worked with him during his time at Genesis. He brings a wealth of knowledge and transactional experience which will enhance the strategic and corporate finance advice that we can offer to our many clients in the Residential sector. In addition, his experience from having worked both on the investor side and in a senior finance role within a housing association will offer Centrus clients unique insight as they plan their financing strategies in order to achieve their development aspirations.”
