Two more senior hires announced at Russia’s Sberbank

The announcement comes hot on the heels of the banks appointment of M&A Investment Banking Directors Igor Ushakov and Vadim Marchuk, investment strategists Tom Levinson and Vladimir Pantyushin, and Sergey Smirnov as head of the bank’s Government and Municipal Project & Programmes Division.
“I am delighted to join Sberbank CIB at this time,” said Goldfinch. The bank’s new CFO previously spent 16 years at UBS in Moscow, heading up its EMEA Accounting and Controlling operations as Managing Director before switching to a joint role of Chief Operating Officer for Russia and CIS and CEO of OOO UBS Bank last year. In his role at Sberbank, he will oversee all of the company’s finance functions.
Jordan, Sberbank’s new HR chief, has over 25 years’ experience in senior HR Management positions. Before joining Sherbank, she founded and acted as CEO of the executive search and recruitment firm Lansdowne International, specialising in the financial industry. She also served at Heidrick & Struggles for 14 years, helping the company to establish their Moscow office.
