Lye previously worked at Chatham Financial, where he was a capital markets consultant, focused on interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives and hedging.
He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol before earning his MBA from Cass Business School. Prior to Chatham, he was vice president at JP Morgan, where he worked on financial and strategic planning and analysis for hedge fund services businesses.
