Edison Investment Research has announced the appointment of equity analysts Peter Thorne, Jenny Ping and Kim Fustier at its London office.
Thorne, who was previously a technical specialist at the FCA, has joined Edison’s financials team, while Ping and Fustier join the industrials and the oil and gas teams respectively. Ping’s past roles in utilities analysis span UniCredit, Dresdner and Goldman Sachs. Fustier, who spent four years leading research coverage of European integrated oil companies at Credit Suisse, has also worked at JP Morgan Chase.
The hires are the latest in a high profile recruitment drive at Edison. The investment intelligence firm, which operates in five countries, announced last month that it had appointed Rachel Caroll as global head of Investor Access and Paul Glover as senior account director. In October, it added Mark Williams, Toby Belsom and Toby Barrow to its sales and marketing team.
